Frequently asked questions about e - auctions

An e - auction is a process of selling a property or movable asset through an electronic platform. This procedure is defined by law and is carried out by a certified liquidator who is responsible for ensuring transparency and equality between the bidders concerned.
  • For persons: Identity card, VAT number, tax office, home address and occupation.
  • For companies: Full legal details of the company and its representative, as well as proof of representation (e.g. power of attorney) to be posted on the platform.

In order for your participation as a bidder to be valid, you must pay 30% of the starting amount of the auction to a bank account of the notary, at least 3 working days before the auction (by 14:00 of the third day).

If you are not the successful bidder, the deposit will be returned within 3 working days by the notary.

If you are the successful bidder, you must pay the remaining amount within 10 days of the property being awarded.

The information available on the property is that contained in the auction documents. There is no information on the condition of the property (e.g. whether it is occupied or rented).

There is no possibility to visit the property before the auction. The property is transferred "as is", and any settlements or planning infringements will have to be made by the successful bidder.

  • The company's fee is 200€ + VAT for our services, which is valid for one year.
  • If you are a successful bidder, the fee is 2% of the award amount, with a minimum fee of 2,000€. For properties up to 50,000€, the fee is 1,000€ + VAT.
  • Yes, it is possible to obtain financing up to 70% of the original price of the property from a bank, provided that the application for financing is submitted at least two months before the auction.
