In an area of 130 acres, at an altitude of 150 meters and with a northeastern orientation, there is a modern vineyard and a productive olive grove. The conglomerate soil combined with the possibility of irrigation contribute to the excellent development of the crops.

The vineyard, covering 80 hectares with vines aged 4 to 20 years, is linear and fully cultivated by mechanical means, ensuring high efficiency. It hosts a rich variety of Greek and international varieties, such as Slavos, Roditis, Malagouzia, Mourvedre and Cabernet Sauvignon, as well as many others. The wines produced have been recognized for their quality, winning medals in wine competitions in Thessaloniki and Athens. The annual bottling amounts to about 30,000 glass bottles, complemented by about 50 tons of wine in pet 1.5 litre packages and 5, 10 and 20 litre bags.

In the same area, there is a modern winery with total premises of 363 sq.m., which include storage and bottling areas. A special highlight is the wine tasting room, which offers a panoramic view of the vineyards, creating a unique experience for visitors.

The olive grove, covering an area of 35 acres, has 1,000 roots of olive trees over 6 years old, mainly of the Manaki and Koroneiki varieties. The annual production of olive oil amounts to about 2 tons, highlighting the high quality and productivity of the olive grove.
